Forensic Psychology Services for Immigration, Civil and Criminal Issues

Psychological evaluations play an important role for juveniles involved in the criminal justice system. It is not uncommon for justice involved youth to have mental health concerns (often undiagnosed or misdiagnosed) and a comprehensive psychological evaluation can assist the court in understanding the mitigating factors and unique treatment needs of the youth to promote rehabilitation and hope for a healthy future. At CFCPNJ, our psychologists conduct all psychology-related evaluations for youth, including psychological, psychosexual or sexual risk, violence risk, competency or fit to proceed, intellectual/cognitive, learning/achievement, and developmental disability.
